BodyAttack is a high-energy interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! Not for the Faint Hearted!
BodyStep is an energising step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
Bodypump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
BodyCombat is a fiercely energetic program that is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
BodyJam is an addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and centre and get high on the feeling of dance.
BodyBalance Is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Freestyle Classes
AB ATTACK 30 min intense ab blast workout concentrating on core strength. Great for an extra to your regular training program.
BEGINNERS SPIN 30 min basic spin class, working on technique and building fitness. Suited for even poor fitness levels.
BELLYDANCING This fun and creative class is for people seeking new ways to reach fitness goals. Involving basic moves to help increase self esteem and body awareness.
BOOTCAMP Need to step up your gym training; this is the perfect way to take your fitness to the next level. Bootcamp style training drills, not only working your fitness but great for weight loss and strength training.
CAMP COMMANDO School holiday fitness program for kids. Classes filled with fun activities and games suited for all levels.
CARDIO BOX This class provides a highly effective cardiovascular workout using boxing techniques and equipment. Great for fitness development and stress release.
CIRCUIT EXPRESS 30 minute express workout using weight machines. Conducted in the gym circuit area
FATBURNER High energy, low impact freestyle aerobic workout. Aimed at targeting the whole body while still being fun and energetic.
HI-LO An energetic class of high and low aerobics moves. Suits all levels of fitness, some co-ordination required
KICKS FOR KIDS Aimed at 5-12 yr olds. This class is a fun way for kids to get active and work in a team environment. Involves use of equipment and activities/games to develop personal and physical strengths.
PILATES Is a method of body conditioning which includes muscle control and flexibility. Focusing on core strengthening and breathing. Using floor mats and swiss ball. You will be sure to get results from this unique training style.
RPM High intensity, pre choreographed cycle class. Fantastic cardio-vascular training for all levels.
SPIN Freestyle indoor cycling class that is a high calorie burning workout, at your own pace.
T.H.T. Low impact freestyle class. Great for toning everyone’s little problem spots (Tummy, Hips & Thighs) while still burning high calories and gaining fitness.
T.T.T. Great for beginners, combines basic aerobics steps along with use of light hand weights.
TEEN BOOTCAMP For 12-16yr olds. These sessions involve boxing, circuit, cardio work, fitness, core and strengthening exercises, all suited for younger teens. Classes are filled with fun activities aimed to build confidence and fitness.
YOGA Slow paced, stretching pace with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation.
