At Re-Creation Caroline Springs our aim is to provide a fun, energetic and welcoming atmosphere for the community to enjoy, whilst improving their health and fitness. New Location: Re-Creation Health Club Caroline Springs is approximately 3100 square meter on level 3 of the new complex situated on Caroline Springs Blvd.
Due to open in the second half of 2008 is Re-Creation Health Club’s Exciting new facility.

ACCESS & PARKING
The building will also have free on-site, undercover parking, an IGA supermarket as well as a retail centre and office complex.
Easy access via lifts or stairs to the Gym makes this facility the most accessible Health Club in the West.
WEIGHT AREAS
Once inside, our members have the choice of several areas in which to train, accommodating all training levels. For the advanced trainers we offer a specific Strength Training Room equipped with the latest Life Fitness Plate & Pin loaded equipment and extensive range of Hammer Strength Free Weights. Our general weights area targets the intermediate trainer, offering both Life Fitness Machine and Hammer Strength Free Weights. For those new to training our Life Fitness Circuit area offers an ideal entry point into weight training.
CARDIO THEATRE
Our huge cardio theatre will offer an extensive range of Life Fitness Cardio equipment with 17’ wide screen LCD TV’s. We guarantee no waiting lists, booking boards or buzzers.
BOXING STUDIO
For the boxing enthusiast we have a fully equipped boxing studio, including a boxing ring..
GROUP FITNESS STUDIO
We offer an extensive range of classes, conducted by an experienced team of instructors, dedicated to making every class a memorable experience for our members. Specialised older adults, kid’s fitness and teenage programs will also be available.
SPIN STUDIO
Ride the calorie burner… A fun and simple way to melt away the calories, spin is designed for all fitness areas. Our spin studio will offer 32 bikes, exciting new décor and state of the art sound equipment.
MIND, BODY, DANCE STUDIO
Enjoy Yoga, Pilates, Body Balance and Dance Classes in our Mind, Body and Dance Studio.
CRECHE
For the convenience of our parents we offer a stimulating and inviting child minding facility, run by caring and qualified staff. Government Registered Child Care.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We have a number of experienced Personal Trainers who will assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals. Trainers offer a wide range of programs including Strength Training, Weight Loss, Boxing and Cardio.
RAMPAGE
Kids and Adults Indoor Military Boot Camp Classes, yes that’s right Indoor not Outdoor, no need to worry about the weather because everything is indoors.
Kids Fitness will become a major focus at the new site. Fantastic Fitness style games for Boys and Girls, birthday parties in our party rooms and a huge focus on Healthy eating.
RUNNING TRACK
The first Health Club in the West to have a 50 Meter 2 Lane Indoor Sprint Track for all members to enjoy. Ideal for Personal Training, Athletes, Weight Trainers, Beep Testing and Sports Enthusiasts.
DANCE GENERATION PERFORMING ARTS SCHOOL
Learn from Industry Professionals who dance across Australia and internationally. Dance Generation will invite guest teachers all year round to ensure versatility of styles, ranging from acrobatics, breakdance, lyrical jazz to contemporary and cheerleading classes for ages 5 – 18 yrs.
